Do you want to skip the FREE INTRO class and jump right in?

Prior to starting your group training classes, every athlete must complete the ON RAMP COURSE. This course will teach you the foundations of CrossFit (functional movements and philosophy), while giving us a chance to get to know you and your fitness ability. Each class is small to give you personal attention and to build your knowledge and skills. Regardless of your current level of fitness, CrossFit can help you achieve your fitness goals.

The 4 session ON RAMP course starts every other Saturday. The classes are held at 8 AM on Saturday and 6:15 PM on Tuesday and Thursday. The classes are 60 minutes long.

After completing the course you will join the CrossFit Group Training classes.

The cost of the ON RAMP course is $75.

Athletes with prior Olympic weightlifting or CrossFit experience have the option to test out of the ON RAMP program for a nominal fee. This is a pass/fail test solely based on the trainers discretion.
